For this assignment, I didn't want to defame any money and get arrested... but I thought that doing a collage was interesting to me. The thing about money is that it is associated with wealth, greed, and materialistic items. Wealth, however, is not just when you have a lot of money. It can be a wealth of love, of knowledge, of life. I made this collage as a way to contrast those two ideas of wealth, money and love, by adding in materialistic items, cards and tickets of love, and the statement there's still so much more, signifying either greed, or that there is more to life than money. I think that however the viewer sees this piece is up to their own opinion which I thought was a cool aspect of why I made this.
